I have found FreeNet to be the worst business that I have ever dealt with.
I canceled my account last year because they periodically took money off my credit card without permission and failed to repay me.
Finally last week(months after my account was closed) they took $2537 fro my credit card. I have had to cancel my credit card - still no reply to my emails!
