    THE GOOD:

    Local - prefer to support local business if possible.

    THE BOTTOM LINE:

    Poor connection speeds. Poor service. Need to learn the meaning of customer service. Talking with support - attitude is disparaging at best. Not impressed. Expensive for what they provide. 100 GB for $100 - capped, but not true broadband. Can pay exorbitant prices for fibre to door and then maybe will receive the speeds that they advertise. Definitely better providers out there.

    THE GOOD:

    Good support if needed.

    THE BAD:

    Slow connection. Can't even Skype properly. Best connection speed was 15mb/sec - during olympic opening ceremony - I guess nobody else on, otherwise usually around 1mb/sec or less. Website says speed up to 17mb/s - not even close.

    THE BOTTOM LINE:

    Not recommended.

    Tech support has been awesome! Speed typically good but I suspect any holdups I have had come from the source, not the ISP.

    We have fibre to the business...

    THE GOOD:

    Inspire Net servers are as fast as the spec allows.

    THE BOTTOM LINE:

    very friendly service and nothing is a problem

    REVIEW:

    We have fibre to the business - It runs close to maximum possible at 98+ mega bits per second for downloads - Brilliant!!! - This means Inspire Net servers are as fast as the spec allows. Also at home, I have the metrolan package -full household wireless with two wireless laptops and two desktops working brilliantly simultaneously. It costs $70 per month for 20GB of data but is well worth it. We can stream 'TV on demand' with no delay at maxium quality once buffered. Reponses to problems are great - very friendly service and nothing is a problem and quick response.

    Videos load extremely slow as well as downloads...

    REVIEW:

    Videos load extremely slow as well as downloads (25kb/s) too slow for broadband and sudden drops in internet makes it impossible to even load a web page sometimes.
