Don't get woosh!- Disgusting customer service!!
THE GOOD:
I thought I liked the price.
THE BAD:
CRAP service! Arranged well in advance of move to new home - they didn't send modem until 2 days after booking. From there I didn't get my phone number back for 2 weeks and had to keep paying old ISP while they couldn't figure it out. their service is lousy
THE BOTTOM LINE:
I will NEVER recommend this service to anyone, and I will make sure I advertise this for them - for free even!
I have only had my phone line working properly for 2 days. I got the bill before I ever got the number sorted. Have to pay 2 wks of old iso bill as well as full woosh bill. They told me they won't give me any credit because I gave them a wrong account number? I never gave them any - I asked to sign up with them - I said I'd like to keep my old number. They explained that would come the day after internet. their fine print says 1 to 5 days after - 2 wks is lousy. But even worse has been trying to contact them - I seldom get anyone, and the person I have been getting says she will pass on the information - and no one rings me back. I insisted again to speak to 'team leader' and was told he'd call. He didn't. I rang again - he'd call - he did1 And then less than 5 min into the call we were cut off. And I can't get through to their number at all now. If anyone is considering them at all - read the other reviews of them here, on facebook, where-ever. The issues are the same over and over. I am gutted I have gone with them. :(

True Wireless plan is rubbish. Using old style PCMCIA card with no express card in the works. Signal drops and cutouts are frequent and now paying more than when I joined over 5 years ago for the same plan! Woosh does not support their long term customer, in fact seem to crap on them as the rest of the world moves on. So long woosh, the honeymoon is well and truely over. If any of this is untrue then it only serves to illustrate their lack of regard for existing customers by not informing them of potential upgrades. The equipment they left me with is unreliable and old they have been putting prices up on the true wireless plan without an increase in service or speed.

I found Woosh alright. I had the wired 45GB pack. They were Alright, Not the best, But surely faster upload than TelstraClear. Never went down, Connection was good for when I was streaming on my internet radio station, and i could still surf the internet without cutting the stream. Overall, Id give Woosh a 7/10

This is probably the worst ISP provider in New Zealand at the moment. The customer service doesnt really give the accurate details about the contractual agreement, as a result I ended up paying a lot to the company. Now after getting tired of their inconsisten and below par service I decided to disconnect... and go for telecom. In spite leaving the request for disconnection they took almost a week to get the thing disconnected, because of this connection the telecom was not able to initiate the connection from their end and I ended up with no telephone and internet for 3 days. I rang Woosh to sort this from their end and they putting the blame on some Chorus company. Such a bunch of irresponsible group. Anyways I have had enough with this company... I would never recommend this company ever to anyone even if they offer me free connection for life, because their connection is erratic, inconsistent service and totally irresponsible.

I had the wireless brodband phone + connection for $79 and im now with Vodafone fast connection and way cheaper. Woosh got a Very poor connection... slow and always drops every 2-3 mins. you have to hold at least 40mins to be able to speak to someone. I cancelled my account today, waited 40mins and to send back their equipment i need to pay $10 for a courier bag, are you serious??!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! you will totally regret, you will be the one chasing after them.
