    Very competent ISP.

    THE GOOD:

    Tech support staff are excellent and very responsive.

    REVIEW:

    Very competent ISP. I have been with them for a fair number of years now, generally had no issues. At one time they had a repeated problem with telecom that resulted in all customers being kicked at the same time, leading to login hell (long delays). I've had occasional DNS and very rare disconnection issues, but always with long periods in between things getting fixed and something else going wrong. Tech support staff are excellent and very responsive.
