    Spent over an hour and a half holding on the phone...

    THE BAD:

    Absolutely impossible to get through when making a phone call to them.

    REVIEW:

    Spent over an hour and a half holding on the phone trying to speak with KOL last night then gave up. Absolutely impossible to get through when making a phone call to them on the 0800 number which is the ONLY number to contact them on. Terrible customer service.
