    I can recommend this ISP.

    I can recommend this ISP. They are small and provide personal service. The phone is always answered and generally by Andrew who takes care of account issues and technical issues. If you have his mobile number he is generally available 24/7. Connection speed is slower than advertised but this depends on which carrier you are connected to - in my case it's Compass's wireless network.
