NOW only offers one unlimited data fibre broadband plan. There is a minimum 12 month term on this plan. So if you decide to cancel your service with NOW within 12 months, you will be subject to pay a early termination fee.

They also offer a “home tech assist membership”. From an additional cost of $9.95 per month, NOW will give you on-call access to fix tech problems in your home when they pop up (e.g. Wi-Fi coverage, slow computers, setting up new devices/streaming).

You will require a fibre capable router to use NOW. You can use your own router, or purchase one for $120.

NOW may use traffic management policies to make sure that the available bandwidth on their network is shared equally and proficiently between all users.

NOW offers two ADSL/VDSL broadband plans. Both plans have maximum download and upload speeds. Meaning your internet speed will depend on several factors. These include your distance from the exchange, the condition of your copper wiring, noise on the copper line and line attenuation.
